Being new, I obviously have my goals such as finding potential customers (i.e. cash buyers), obtaining referrals for closing agents & realtors, get a feel for the local market, etc...BUT i don't have much to offer in return except for open ears and promises of commitment.  

My understanding is that Keller Williams actually encourages their agents to invest in real estate. 

I'd encourage you to keep an open mind in Georgia, you may want to accelerate your timeline and purchase your first property there.  

Not sure if this is only available to "frequent" customers, but worth asking.

All I need to do is customize it and I want to know if you guys have a better strategy other than buying a Lynda membership to learn Wordpress etc.

You will also have to execute a customer agreement with the FCM (and, perhaps, the introducing broker, if any).

Also closing cost are usually split as to local custom  just ask your AGENT  what is local custom.

I get it, I'm opinionated too but can we err on the side of motivational/encouraging?

Because I would strongly - in the strongest way - encourage you to use an RMLO licensed to do business in your state. 

That was a minor concern but I was assured that they would film on my schedule and not interfere with my process.mim sure there will be a little bit, but nothing major enough to hurt the numbers.Thanks everybody for the kind words of encouragement.
