Also when closing and taking deposits from tenant buyers do you guys keep the money in a escrow account just so there’s a paper trail for the lender when the tenant buyer applies for mortgage? 

I would reassure the tenant that your goal is to return their entire security deposit, provided they remove all their belongings, leave on time and make their best effort at cleaning.

The person checking in must have an ID to match the name on their registration in order to receive their badge.This needs to occur by EOD Thursday, 9/30.Thanks!
