For example only, Wellings Capital raising 5 mil for a one property specific syndication of a purchase and value add to a Multi-family property in Baltimore Maryland built in 1948, section 8 housing.

THis works for me as I can meet down payment requirements and have the funds to rehab a property if need be.

The property in question is a mixed-use, with a ground floor commercial unit, and one residential unit upstairs.
