It is very dangerous to pay guys by the day and not by the job.

If it goes to auction, there may be a "trustees deed" or "sheriff's deed" or some such created.This is a bit of a dangerous thing to be doing on your own.

There are the local REIA in our area which may or may not have good substance during a specific night.

There is a certain dangerous allure with LLCs, because an individual can set one up without any help.
