Hey everyone, looking for advice.We have owned a condo (3/2) for 10+ years and the market is now favorable for selling.We have had two full price offers both of which terminated during due diligence due to subtle structural damage, moisture, and rusting on the old cast iron pipes under the common building.

So figure 4 to 5k is what you need to offer a lender up front and an interest rate for a low balance loan.. or just get friends to do it or put them on a credit card.
