The big risk in getting massively invested in your employer is that you have not only your income, but a large percentage of your wealth tied to the performance of that one company.

Always good to talk to the tenant when you get these kinds of reports and tell them you are encouraging neighbors to go to the police so if there is an issue the tenant may want to do their part to cut it out. 

Although the local market has diversified in recent years, there are still significant ties to the offshore oil/gas industry. 

You should keep an open line of communication so that both parties can come up with a resolution everyone is happy with, such as cutting back on usage until the items become available through other means.

Wasn't sure in a legal matter if someone goes after one LLC and it's tied to a trust can they gain access to the trust?
