I just want to take some action and do something productive to starting my investing journey, thanks guys!

Consumer confidence. 

Terry Burger a close friend and associate of mine is a self-proclaimed data geek and his super power is understanding the retail consumer and how to find opportunities in current data trends.

So to investing in what I reference as "the path of progress" is more indicated by a new'ish property unit, with considerable development in action and, most importantly, in process moving forward.

Based on the current office's actions, I wouldn't put it past them to give people money for a first home, but I don't actually knowHope this helped, Justin

The only cost is gas, but time consuming. 

A few books that really helped me get going and gave me the confidence to take action are below.  1. 

Once you consume enough books/videos/podcasts you'll get to the point where you feel comfortable enough with the concepts to dive into it.

I have been (and am) studying vigorously and am ready to put my action to work. 

I am also going to use this site to hold myself accountable to take actionable steps to further my progress.
