I am aware that a loan can be better in the sense that you become a creditor if anything goes wrong, whereas an investment shareholder will lose anything that would be put in (once again, in the case where everything goes left).I am thinking of loaning a large sum to my own corporation, but I was wondering if there would be any disadvantages when comes time for my corporation to get financing from a financial institution.I am aware that laws vary from one area to another, therefore, all advices will be appreciated, and those from fellow Quebecers even more.Thank you for your time and consideration,Chris

Typically your only play on mobiles is cash flow or owner financing so take into consideration what your end game is

The bank has proven to be extremely difficult to work with and recently rejected our short sale (took two years to even get to that point) with consideration of my assets, included with my friends (there's no way I'm paying someone else's mortgage now that Isn't family..). 

For example in a two member LLC of otherwise unrelated parties, arrangements made between members such as rights to buy out the other upon events of withdrawl should take into consideration the financial abilities of both and if they are not equal, then provisions should be made to level the playing field.

I will be filing this away for further consideration and using it to guide my buying choices.

We have figured out a way around that by using our own maintenance staff in the areas we buy in, which cuts down on maintenance costs considerably.

I work on the northern end of Camp Pendleton (off the Las Pulgas exit) and am looking for a commute of 30-45 min, 1 hour MAX and that is a huge consideration unless we find an absolute steal a bit further away.

You need to have compassion & consideration for the people you are dealing with.
