you have ups and downs just like the economy.. but its been a fun ride.. and I really enjoy all the different people I meet.. and take great pride in helping others achieve their dreams by funding their deals and companies.. my job is to make my vendors and clients millionaires that my only job.. 

I am looking around for an accountant in the Portland/Vancouver area who has RE clients and can speak into how Private Money lending will be taxed.

And of course I am in the vast minority of this thinking but I like paid for real estate most of the wealthiest clients I work with have a lot of paid off real estate.. if not no debt at all..

@Ramon Vazquez the biggest struggle will be finding new clients who actually want to transact, if you can do that you will do well, if not it will be extremely difficult to make a career out of it.

If you are an easy client, they will give you better rates.
