Maybe once a year... most of the time when there is a pest problem it is the tenant's fault and we charge them accordingly.

Assuming the approval goes through, I will also own the approved lots.

My plan is to purchase a house hack in Worcester, MA, within the next year.

I understand the cost of having to separate meters and purchasing additional water heaters and such will be hefty.
