We're meeting on 8/28 to discuss lending, and we have a commercial lending expert from Middleburg Bank coming in to talk with us.

I am not an expert as it relates to FHA/Conventional dis-qualifiers, however, generally speaking if a foundation sound in nature they typically will be deemed unsafe as they are concerned with its ability to not bear a load as it once could have.  

She said it was a horrible time to buy a house because she's a grand wizard expert at timing the market.

I'm actively looking for my first property at the moment so I'm no expert.

Investment Property Experts (IPX) is a well known turn-key company in Arizona.

I won't make any statements like that myself, not being an expert, but I tend to believe that Texas is probably near the top of the list -- which leads me to my question:Are there any good lists of good states vs bad states in terms of RE investment? 

I am no expert on loans, however, it has been my experience that it is absolutely critical to shop your lenders.
