They look at your global financial picture to see if you are lendable and one bad investment can cause if an application to be rejected. 

You need to keep documentation of everything she has done to possibly cause this and what you have done to mitigate her concerns. 

If you find a way to scale this business please write a book on it cause I've considered paying for a program by one of these qualified guru's just to figure this out.

I'm confused cause I remember trying to "return to sender" mail addressed "to home owner/current resident" and the mail man/woman telling me 'sorry, it's valid' so I'd take that as addressing it to the correct owner as even more valid thus also unable to "return to sender". 

There really has to be a motivational factor that causes the seller to sell their property at below market price.

Because push comes to shove if the named insured does not match what is on title, it is very easy for them to send out the denial and cause you to spend thousands litigating the claim or just take care of the claim on your own, which defeats the purpose of purchasing the policy in the first place.  

I could see it causing issues, but as long as it's concealed, I think it would be appropriate.
