I own a couple short term rentals in broken bow Oklahoma and am working on acquiring more, and also working on getting into land development (goal of building smaller single family subdivisions).Looking forward to connecting!

Now I can continue to build my rental property again.

I want to walk away from 9-5 life and build solid real estate for the next 5-10 years.

Do I call someone in the city or this is something I need to fix myself by calling a contractor who works with cutting trees down?

Of course you should get a General Contractor (Note - not Foundation Contr) to give an opinion.....But in reality, most fixes are not that bad.
