What with instant text messaging and cell phone cameras I do think that would work for me.

It's an actual cold calling software so you talk to a real person when you pick up :D Ok big boiler rooms of telemarketers.. to me its all the same .. although I used to have my own telemarketers in Oregon to solicit timber lands.. it was quite effective in the 90s .. timberlands on their face are rural.. so the normal telemarketers never really hit the people in the country.. and not every one lived on a cell phone.. and so my target folks hardly ever got a call.. and many times you could not get them off the phone.. :)  but now with these services capturing your phone number its uber annoying.. 

I guess when the government feeds you, clothes you, houses you, gives you a monthly check, and a free cell phone, you already have insurance for free.

Cell phones, cable TV, restaurants, car payments, lottery tickets and booze...all irresponsible luxury expenses. 

Also US population has much higher obesity rate (high blood pressure) and I saw somewhere this fact alone could contribute to the higher death rate than S.

Even at a snails pace you're likely to spend $100-300 per month on paper, printer toner, gasoline, postage, and cell phone minutes, etc.

Excel also has all those same financial formulas, and the advantage is you can reference cells and pick multiple options to see what happens as you shift the variables around.Based on the info you provided and assuming a fully amortizing 30 year loan you'd be paying about 2.7% on a 200K loan...sounds pretty low to me for a SF deal, but I guess it's possible.

Call all those people in your cell phone. 

I did OK when I hired employee to deal with the tenants and did not give out my cell phone anymore.But its just not in  my nature not to accept the dog ate my paycheck excuses..
