Feedback is pretty much black and white.  

I personal favorite is the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Alternates every month with their Worcester location, next Waltham one is July) and they draw well from both sides of the city so you can make NH and Cape connections there.

The usual japes, hanging a noose from a tree, black glove with middle finger up, just general racist "first ammendment" stuff against my tenant just didn't get a response from the cops.So one Saturday, the racist neighbor kicked off, my tenant called the cops, used the line he'd been practicing for a few days.Sheriff office sent a supervisor, who saw this racist practicing his first ammendment rights, decided that it was harrassment with credible threat, the neighbor got hauled away, spent two months in jail, the tenant got a restraining order from the judge, and after some back and forth, the neighbor took a plea.

I almost got a speeding ticket driving a rented black Ford Mustang through Bend.  

I know there is no black and white answer here so any feedback from the community would be much appreciated.

This is for a very nice 520sqft build and includes some extra's (separate power and water, black top alleyway to apartment, burying power and low voltage lines from the pole to my house, and etc).

Maybe leave the bottom cabinets black and paint the uppers white.

This is due to the shear number of rules, black box underwriting via desktop underwriter and loan prospector, the type of person the nature of the MLO/Underwriter professions tends to attract and retain, among other things, that make it near impossible for a debtor friendly experience.I'd like to cut out the bank.  

The inability to get 20k mortgages combined with the opinion of banks that these areas are write-offs anyway led to these areas being shortsale black holes for a long time.Kansas City springs to mind.
