Anyway, all of this got started because her closet door came off the tracks and I had the tracks repaired rather giving in to her wishes and buy her a new track.

My goal is to buy approx. 100+ doors this year.

These include siding and soffits,1 bathroom,and and new kitchen cabinets and coutertops.

A new one, with side-by-side doors, ice/water in the door, etc., costs about $525.

And then have them share the main kitchen, and share the bathroom.

It turns out, the same buyer had already closed on the unit next door, and were planning on cutting through the common wall to make one large unit.

Like for myself my plan is to begin wholesaling, when i have enough capital do a few rehabs and eventually get my foot in the door of commercial real estate and renting.

I videotape cabinet doors/drawers opening and closing, toilet flushing, faucets on and off, light switch on/off, doors opening/closing, walls, ceiling, light fixtures, flooring, exteriors, front/back yards, front door, garage, Tenant's automobile(s) including license plates, etc.

I just want a decent place to live, as I think the people at the public library are getting tired of finding me in the middle of the night making a home out of the bathroom stall floor.
