Yes a heat pump can go down to 0 degrees and still make heat but the lower the temp the less heat it can grab from outside air and the more strain it puts on the minisplits compressor/motor. 

As long as 50% of my tenants pay, my bills associated with the buildings will be covered.

I've also seen lots of clearly non-essential businesses open without the police stopping them.In California, realtors were told by their association to stop all face-to-face sales activities including showings, listingappointments, open houses and property inspections.And, home selling was not exempted from stay at home orders. 

The property management fee is less than other markets including the costs associated with turning a tenant.

@Christopher KinnamanI have a degree in software development and wouldn't rely solely on algorithms to tell me the value of real estate unless the code could account for every minute detail and obsolescence, which is highly unlikely.

Utah Association of Realtors just put out an addendum that addresses this pretty well.
