I’ve been lucky some may say since I brought my triplex with good tenants who’ve been there for years before I even thought of buying the property so they were able to tell me about all the minor issues with the house and they’ve been good behaving, consistently on-time, full-rent paying tenants since I’ve owned the house.

I would only see at the very end of the signing if the signer consistently signed incorrectly (such as signing with black ink ,or not including their middle initial in their signature (if legible) when it is included on the documents, or not signing as trustee if the property is in a trust and this is required by the lender).5.

Here in Oakland, and the Bay Area in general, prices have consistently gone up over the last 9 years or so, but they had slowly started to flatten.....and that was before Covid 19. in 2016 I saw a Duplex in Deep (As in "D" Class area) East Oakland that went for $369K and in the middle of last year it went for $500K.
