Now, if you were to take a tape measure and measure vertically from the floor to the ceiling at various points within that space, some areas close to the center will approach your 7'-6" height, while other areas out toward the exterior walls will be much less.

Rents are at 5,400 monthly and could be brought up to around 8,000-8,200 with about 70k in repairs.

Brian,There are conventional 30 year term loans available to single family investors who do the BRRRR approach.

We shall see if that truly was the way to go, over the next couple of years as we approach 2021.

Both a mixture of cash flow and appreciation is the best approach.
