On a recent episode of On The Market we have heard some of the best news all year for the economy and the housing market around inflation and interest rates.

I've used all of those and a couple of others.

At 599 total heated square feet, the small tiny home will feature an open driveway, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining combo, all electric, with a full size washer and dryer.

All of this work is after the foreclosure sale and part is after the deed was perfected.
