You are going to be dealing with a real cutie that isn't house broken for a number of months, chews on everything, must dig in your back/front yard, etc. etc. etc..I know this doesn't answer your question about requiring them to spay/neuter the adult dogs but I just wanted to point out the potential destructive ability of a puppy (and just in case you think I'm an animal hater, I've worked in greyhound rescue, have rescued dogs myself and am currently in cat rescue).Gail

I would call adult protection / social services and say your concerned about the persons well being and the inability of him to care for himself and a animal.. you feel an assessment needs to be made on behalf of the person.

i think if you have an interesting niche or more exotic type of property, id look into selling them to rich europeans or rich south american investment groups. every now and then, i hear about them purchasing things like a small 34 unit motel on the florida beach for something ridiculous like 3.6 millionother than that, my only strategy would be to pick a solid realtor and just wait for the best offer
