I actually gave up on checking threads through my phone and use my laptop/PC for this.I love when iphone users on BP complain about the mobile site being down for 10 minutes :)

We did receive a phone call the following day asking for our highest absolute offer, in which I did offer a higher number than my highest bid on the auction.  

Is it okay if I call the seller directly on the phone?

Inspectors will just make things up if you don't explain to them how to do their their jobs. the phone system is constantly broken, nobody ever responds to emails/messages unless they have to.
