I am curious for those of you who manage some or all of your own properties, what softwares do you like for allowing online payments and taking service orders?

The company is still online, HomeAdvisor, FB page, website etc. looking for some direction.

BP is a great online resource and community with lots of active members here in the Charlotte area.  

I'm thinking I need to find someone to partner with who has some experience to help protect against losing somebody's investment money.For my first deal, I'm looking in the South-East and for approximately a 6-12 unit apartment to start building my reputation and track record. 

Maybe consider just getting quotes for labor and you can buy items second hand from online if need be.
