I noticed when looking at the local tax assessor that my name (purchaser) was listed as 50% while someone else was listed as the other 50%.

And given that both are still listed and not pending, others seem to think the same thing.  

I've had property managers have my property listed for a month with 5 showings, 0 apps.

Hey all, remote investor here that has some property in 64132 and it looks like (online listings anyway) that there is a decent amount of flip activity happening between 75th and 85th between Troost and Prospect in south KC.

I don't want him to come pick all the good stuff and leave me with a mountain of gargage.
