Clearly, from listening to the podcasts and reading numerous posts there is only so much a classroom can teach you.

After numerous attempts to contact the insurance company, the status of the claim has not changed.

There is an unusual amount of sprawl, however, there are numerous sweetspots (some mentioned above) others such as the Morse Rd. corridor, Hilltop, that are 10-15 mins from downtown and promising for growth.
