Thanks for reply,  if title company says everything is good and no issues, can I buy the property or do i still need to consult an attorney and get his opinion,  sorry,  first time buying and stressed out.If i have title insurance will that protect me from future problems when i sell the house.TIA

but your looking at value add flipping .. new construction.. buy land get it up zoned and approved for HBU and flip timber tracts that you can instantly log and resell we made millions doing this on OPM .. and it viable in the Carolinas etc. you will need to listen to my pod cast or make a very nice donation to my charity for a personal consultation.. this is too detailed for the forums too much typing.

The biggest thing I would recommend is that you you consult a RE lawyer for all your RE strategy and structure setup, but I would consult an asset protection Lawyer for your asset protection as they are very different types of lawyers.
