I am not any kind of expert in syndication, pooling investor funds, soliciting money online or any of that stuff, but this sounds like a giant SEC Clusterf*ck.Not that I don't think it can be done but I think what you will need to put some time, and probably lawyer money, into is figuring out the best legal way to do it.
