Now there is another lawyer which was referred to me but she took 3 weeks to return my call initially so I passed on her.

I am not any kind of expert in syndication, pooling investor funds, soliciting money online or any of that stuff, but this sounds like a giant SEC Clusterf*ck.Not that I don't think it can be done but I think what you will need to put some time, and probably lawyer money, into is figuring out the best legal way to do it.

Actually meeting with my lawyer today on a separate note and will bring it up. 

I have an appointment with a title lawyer later this week.

I believe you can have a lawyer represent you at the meeting of the creditors.
