Texas specifics does NOT exempt landlords, according to this website. 

But it's right on their website its now voluntary.

First, there are small grammatical issues with their website that could indicate it might have been built by someone whose native language isn't English. 

I usually print out the market rent provided by Zillow and a few other websites. 

@Roni Williams how is this different from a lot of agents that sell an investor a property and refer them to a PMC?

If you go to your counties property appraiser website, you can find the process and forms.

You can look those up online through the Secretary of State website most times.Hope that helps!

Don’t hurt your ranking by splitting your property into many baskets… especially those personal websites!!!!
