Sometimes with single tenant on lease up we decide to sell the property to an end user or a developer rather than hold long term if we do not land the tenant strength and terms we want for the lease.I call it my (90 day initial review period).

Does anyone have recommendations on a platform that solves for this issue and is also user friendly for the tenants?
