Hi @Richard Gonzales -Not knowing where the property is or exactly how the contract was written, it's hard to say for sure; however, nothing jumps out at me as being unusual ... run it past your agent to make sure everything is inline - especially to make sure the seller and lender credits are being handled correctly.Congrats on the first purchase!

So, to follow up, I got some quotes from a granite repair person, and he said the damage around the sink was really unusual--usually its just in one or two spots--not all around the entire sink cut out like this one was.

:)I was in the A & B seat, direct endorsement, affiliates and in the SF arena, I know, very unusual, the only reason other doors were opened was due to FDIC, bless their little hearts.Most mortgage brokers on the street are more like a good loan processor on a mild steroid treatment, there are exceptions, but not many.
