I think the biggest hurdle in transporting the houses are the permits required and that the transportation has to occur during certain hours late evening early morning only.

They are threatening with unreasonable demands such as, give me the money now and I will vacate later else I will cut loose and create havoc.What are your thoughts?

Nothing is 100% impenetrable but you can set your affairs in such a way that you have so many hurdles for the person suing that they either give up or they are driven to the negotiating table.
