Am interested in starting my RE journey in Houston and would like to have an idea of some up-and-coming neighborhoods to target.

I am looking to target younger families, single family homes to start.

They often have loan products targeted at rehab loans on low value properties, particularly those that are in underserved communities of big cities like Detroit.

Many sellers targeted by wholesalers are “desperate’ as they are behind on payments or in foreclosure.

If you are struggling moving the deal I would either review the deal again or target more buyers.

I would suggest anyone considering web developer to build a site to take this crucial factor into consideration.

The spider web of trying to communicate with all 5 kids in a duplex + 10 parents is ripe with miscommunication, especially when 10 of them don't live at the property.
