(P.O Box for correspondence, Google voice number, identify potential contractors/handymen?)

It's a masochistic thing to say, but I would love to see how so many people (whether on here, voicing their mindless opinions on Fox news, or spamming my Facebook wall with their uneducated fears about mass Ebola contamination) arguing for closing the borders would feel if somebody in their town got Ebola, and we just put a 21-day lockdown on the city limits every time a new person gets the disease.

Also, meeting you face to face will show them that you are serious, the tone of your voice will determine if the sale going to take place or not.  

You CREATE THE SALE by getting them to finally give voice to their problem and, most importantly, PRESENT THE SOLUTION.In this scenario the only viable solution to their problem is YOU.

I called it and it was Google voice stating it would try to connect to me. 

I'm hounding his voice mail.

Occasionally my lower case "t" stops working so I have to type all caps even when I don't mean to raise my voice.

It is reliable and the quality of voice and video is superb.

I have seen a program on a PC for doing so.The hard part to operating a podcast is having something to say, making it interesting and considering the voice quality.John Corey
