I do a lot of actuary and health analytics work!

I realize I can do a macroscopic analysis of any area, but I also know certain corporate retailers do these same analytics.

I currently work in analytics, but plan to start investing in real estate. 

Don't you think I hear this all the time from people without the necessary mind presence to think  analytically?!

It seems that these software programs and online applications seem to lack in one area or another, I.e. analytics, accounting, customer service, etc. 

Math would be more just to teach you how to think analytical more than practical real estate knowledge 

I'm looking for some advice on how many analytical scenarios I should consider and which scenarios should hold the most weight.
