My goal is to gain a solid understanding of the process, master deal analysis, and ultimately close my first deal.Right now, I’m focused on learning the basics — from finding motivated sellers to building a strong network of cash buyers.

My partner and I put on some investor forums monthly in Scottsdale, great way to connect with other investors.

Otherwise with the dwindling tech sector in SF, and the remote work (2-3 days a week) that is most likely here to stay, it just doesn't seem like a strong mid term market to me.

He doesn't personally provide the coaching but it's done by his partners (Thomas Lorini in my case). 

And to be honest if you could get some strong social media coverage (like hire someone that knows STR to market the property), you could do very well!
