If you can get a steal of a deal in Vegas from family, start there. 

New bill now requires Airbnb to disclose the addresses of its listing and the identities of its hosts to the City..

Typically, appraisals which don’t involve a sale/purchase price will be more conservative.When the Identical house to yours actually sells, then you could try again.

I had another buyer who bought a house to live in for themselves and they were so excited they got it for a steal. 

To many -- that is a steal!

If I'm wrong and you're on the northern side, that property is a steal because they usually go for a few hundred thousand up there.

@James WiseI don’t give it much thought really ,i just assume my tenants view me as a greedy evil slumlord that steals their PrecIous alcohol , CIgarette, and lottery money each month.

., at a number you look up, for wire instructions.....scammers hacking emails and sending wire instructions from almost identical email addresses, giving instructions to wire to a bogus account are becoming rampant.

That will deter the fraudsters from stealing your photos and creating fake ads.
