Down here in California its a country station, but on Saturday morning he has a whole episode about new american funding and he talks about the "Don Frank Act", and how new american funding can get you 3 1/4 interest rate on a new or refinanced mortgage with no closing costs.

On the bright side of things, this duplex I own has seen 18% appreciation year after year for the past 3 years, and I'm only hoping it will keep on going up as the city is develloping at a crazy rate, they just built a new subway and i am between 2 stations, theyres a university that's building right next, etc

The engineer will then give you 1 of 3 answers.1) No, you can't tie into the sewer system and you are stuck with septic or other local treatment.2) Yes, you can tie in but you will need to build a lift station and pump the sewage to the City system (can be expensive).3) Yes, you can tie in and you can do so by a gravity line with no pumping (usually much cheaper.)Good luck.
