I mean you get a check you defend the company and you don't have a neutral third party check the house I mean why would you... this to me is MOrris doing damage control Its a stain on the industry these guys plain and simple

I've used their shellac based product on some old plywood paneling in a garage on a rehab we did that must have been previously stained with some type of oily substance like linseed oil.

Both bathrooms had stained blue carpeting in them.

There were also other things like stains in the hot tub, furniture moved around, cobwebs on walls & decks, missing half & half creamers, broken blinds, unwashed quilts etc. 4) I wasn't trying to fire the cleaners after the first instance of an issue.

They suggested staining it, but that hasn’t helped.

All 4 units have laundry rooms or utility closets in the unit, spacious primary bedrooms, ample closet space, open kitchen & living room layout, stained concrete floors on main level, forced air heating, refrigerated a/c, individually metered for gas & electric services, and appliances included.

From the inspection report:“Staining on the crawlspace walls and evidence of lign to heavy microbial growth on the wood framing indicates that the crawlspace experiences periods of seasonal moisture increases.

Me personally if I'm going to flip or keep a property and I want to remodel the bathroom the ease and cost-effective way to update a bathroom is Acrylic.Furthermore, Acrylic is extremely durable and can withstand scratches, scuffs, stains, cracks, dents and chipping.

In reality, my flooring contractor (all hardwood floors) was able to sand the smell out of it - and let me tell you, you've never smelled anything like freshly sanded cat piss - and 98% of the stains, and put down 3 nice thick coats of polyurethane, and the smell was completely gone at the end and never came back.
