Buying an out of state rental property from a realtor, wholesaler or off facebook or zillow etc as opposed to from an operation or turnkey provider who has an active, substancial, and effective boots on the ground team or teams to support you after you close on the sale. 

(**Do Not Accept part of the rent other wise you have to go back to start all over)Ten Day Notice of Eviction The Ten Day Notice is used if the landlord needs to evict the tenant for violating the terms of the lease, such as unauthorized pets, illegal activity, etc.

Denver and its surrounds have particularly active markets and a lot of active individuals offering ancillary services so I'd suggest you research those available services you're looking at offering to help you get an idea for what is well covered, what is lacking and what your competitor's pricing looks like.

Thankyou @Paul Azad, the relationship between Monday and RSN was described as a joint venture, meaning both groups would be responsible, and actively involved, in asset management and decision making.
