(missing smoke detectors is one reason why I hate smokers!)

The unit isn’t very nice, she’s a smoker and there’s nicotine on the walls so I can’t even slap some paint on the walls to make improvements.

These days there are plenty of non-smokers looking to rent.

Do they smell like a smoker or try to hide a pack of cigarettes, even though they told me during the telephone interview that they do not smoke?

My bet is on a 450 pound welfare baby momma smoker with her sex offender sugar daddy over at all hours of the day and night.

The brisket has been on the smoker since 11 last night. 

Right after posting this I received their official application, and more info came to light....such as having 4 pets, they are a single-income household, and both primary applicants are smokers. 

If you have smokers put in a safe butt disposal station.

Also- when looking at a home being sold by a smoker who allows smoking indoors - how much of a discount did you take into consideration when making an offer?

(Actually going to pull the new carpet back along the shared wall and spray foam any gaps under baseboard).I have not confronted the neighbors yet as it is in my experience that smokers in general (especially dedicated ones as they clearly are) do not particularly care and it is unlikely that they would stop anyway.
