Looking for recommandations,I have a shed that needs to be moved to a different location in my yard. 

However one hiccup my insurance broker dropped on me is that he cannot find any insurance company to insure the detached unit as technically is an "other unit" like a shed or garage. 

Did put an extra turn out, in case they want to build a shed there.The next lot entrance shot, is for a single access entrance. 

I am hoping if anyone could shed some light to my confusion as to why cash-out refinance is so great.

I would at minimum find some other tools for evaluating FMV. https://www.propstream.com/ (not saying it's 100% accurate, but maybe can help shed some light) Otherwise running some Zillow comps of recently sold in last 3-6 months Hope that helps!
