I really needed to be reminded of the point of your last line.  

Of course, my property manager is always careful to remind me that we need to be sure to abide by applicable laws/statutes when making a selection, which we do.

Gone are the days when you'll have an insurance Broker that holds and value your accountsattentively.I have to remind my agent that my insurance is due if I miss that letter from the insurer then boom itis canceled. 

I had to constantly remind myself of this.Day 3-4: Met with @Michael Rodriguez and @Ian Kurela to talk some real estate and tour the property.

@Steve Vaughan you remind me of what she said before, she don't use credit or loan because it's the lender who made the money, she added that it's cheaper if you pay cash.

The wall in the back of the first floor jutted out and needed to have the pipes moved so I could regain 6 inches.I know 6 inches doesn't seem like much but let me remind you the above ground square footage is 469 sq ft, every inch counts.I was impressed. 

I also reminded them that I wanted to return the entire deposit.
