The housing stock in Belgrade is fabulous and I've been hearing more and more form my northern and western european friends that they are loving to travel to Belgrade for discounted specialized medical care and/or a generally lovely holiday. 

Tenant made their own arrangements to be gone, at their expense, over a long holiday weekend and we had the bathroom rehabbed during that time.

It would be a few days late over holidays and after the hurricane (so they could check for damage)

I found out today city hall was closed today and the recording said no inspections scheduled today due to the holiday.

Rent in Pennsylvania, for instance, is not considered late until after the 5th day, meaning that on the 6th of the month(barring any holidays or weekends) rent is late, and not before.

I found a lovely 80yrs old couple that have the 14-unit building running very well, but are ready to finally retire and relax!

I feel that you need a place to relax.

Even bank holidays will no longer be an obstacle.
