At the south end of the property are 15 acres set aside for an elementary school.....Most of the talk (at the recent meeting) centered on the recreation area that will include a soccer/multi-purpose field as well as tennis courts and basketball courts, rest rooms, and parking over a 6.25 acre parcel.....Grand Avian Parkway will have a five-foot wide landscaped median, 5-foot wide sidewalk on the east side and an 11-foot wide bike path/trail on the west side.

I have a passion for rural parcels of land for recreational purposes.

Structure something like 20-25% down, 8-9% interest to recreate an incentive for the buyer to refinance.  

There is a condo with a HOA lien as well as a balance that is not a lien for a monthly payment that goes to a corporation owned by the developer that goes for recreational items.

On my house hack vacation rental (different property) I am playing with the idea of adding other recreational opportunities as options for my rentals.

With easy access to recreation, shopping, Chandler, Tempe, and Downtown this area is sure to continue to explode.

Rental demand is strong and the community is adding hundreds of more jobs with a new 1.1 million square foot recreation marijuana grow and distribution facility going up three miles away.
