Has anyone ever compiled a ranked list of these books?

Do you go by what their applications say to rank them, go by gut feel or both, then run background checks?  

I am planning on also getting a Real Estate minor which is ranked as one of the best in the country but I am uncertain as to what specialization will suit me best.

Having a realtor who is also an investor can make the entire process go much more smoothly.My intention is not to hijack @Sayo Owosenipost - welcome and great to have another agent among the BP ranks.

For rank and file workers, it's possible that Brownsville,TN on the other side of the mega site would benefit more than Memphis.

In your opinion, where does DC rank as the worst place to have a NPN in and which ones are worse?
