If you go that way, I’d make sure a professional installs it and that you have a warranty which stipulates something about the repair time in the event of it breaking(in the dead of winter.

KDP Septic based in Phillipsburg is excellent, they put in a complicated 50K system for us in East Amwell Township in the dead of winter this year (high water table on property so needed pump up leech field system, ground was frozen, they have all the heavy equipment needed for something like this).

If you are dead set on owner financing asking the listing agent or whoever listed the property is a good place to start.
