I bought my first single family LTR earlier this year as a buy & hold, now starting to explore next steps.

Because the 1st step to addressing any issue is first admitting and knowing you have one. 

I had a very simple answer to that NOPE I had to learn you have to learn it and I am not going to create my own competition given that so few props actually get sold at the courthouse steps.. 

If so, are there any steps I need to take that would allow this to happen?
