The gov seems going to artificially deflate CPI.These two are very premature early signs of recovery in tech and housing.

My parents work in health care and I have relatives that teaches public health at universities that overlaps with insurance, so I know the potential damage of reopening the country prematurely and what you’re basically proposing is completely wrong.

Some of the regular go to books (like Kiyosaki) have good info but can be dangerous when misapplied or prematurely executed.
