@Precious Thompson The answer to your question will depend entirely on local ordinances, so your best bet is to look for an online resource with your city's occupancy permits/limits rather than getting a thirdhand answer here -- there should be something on the city's website.

While I was capable, I used up a precious commodity - time.  

That's a waste of time, your most precious of all capital.

Ie calling their precious landlord(s)... there is a place for last place of residence on the app and if the timeline doesn’t line up or someone refuses to give me a previous landlords name then “next” move along.
