I have a condo in St Petersburg, FL, and a home in Northern Colorado and I'm wondering if I can postpone my gain by selling the two at the same time - with the intent of buying one home in the Denver Metro area?

Hey @Benjie DeVera I think I'm going to postpone looking around directly in the downtown area for now, and try to look for better cash-flow investments in cities that are in southern California, but not as high in demand.
